At DoorstepFix.my, we provide professional phone repair services. Please read our policy below:

1. Diagnosis & Repair Approval
All repairs are performed only after customer confirmation via WhatsApp. The final price is confirmed before repair.

2. Repair Confirmation
After the repair, we will share photo or video proof of the completed repair. Payment is required after confirmation and before delivery.

3. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of repair services, all sales are final once the customer approves the repair result. We do not offer refunds after confirmation and payment.

4. Warranty
We provide a limited warranty on replaced parts, covering manufacturing defects only. Warranty does not cover physical damage, water damage, misuse, cracks, blinking, black or blue lines screen, or unrelated issues.

5. If an Issue Persists
If the same repaired issue occurs again within the warranty period, we will inspect and fix it at no additional labour cost within 7 days, where applicable. (Not include for LCD Screen)

6. Delivery Responsibility
Delivery is handled via third-party courier (Lalamove); we are an official partner with Lalamove. DoorstepFix.my is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, but we will assist where possible. Delivery will be made with a bubble & carton box and a reusable brand bag of ours.

By proceeding with the repair, the customer agrees to this policy.
