Our services fall into two main categories:

Device Repairs:

Repair support for smartphones, laptops, desktop PCs, tablets, and smartwatches. Services include screen and battery replacement, charging problems, motherboard repairs, water damage assessment, computer upgrades, and software troubleshooting.

We offer pickup, repair, and delivery, with on-site service available for suitable repairs. Most hardware repairs do not require your device password. If access is needed for testing or software work, we’ll discuss it with you first.

Home Services:

Practical help for homeowners, tenants, landlords, offices, and property managers, including:

How DoorstepFix works

  1. Tell us what you need. Send your location, a description of the problem, and any useful photos through WhatsApp.
  2. Review the options. We’ll explain the proposed service and pricing. Some jobs require an inspection before a final quotation.
  3. Arrange your service. Once you approve the work, we’ll coordinate a suitable appointment, on-site visit, or device pickup.
  4. Get support afterwards. Contact us if you have questions about the completed work. Warranty terms depend on the service and will be explained where applicable.
