Choose on-site if you want it diagnosed and repaired at your home or office while you wait, for RM25 more than pickup & delivery. Choose pickup & delivery if you're not free to wait around β our rider collects your phone by motorbike and brings it back once it's repaired.
How much does camera or speaker repair cost?
Diagnosis is RM49 (RM74 on-site) and is waived if you proceed with the repair. Camera replacement starts from RM129, speaker replacement from RM99 β exact price depends on your phone model and is confirmed after diagnosis.
Do I have to pay if it turns out to be a software issue, not hardware?
You only pay the diagnose fee if no repair is needed. If it turns out to be a simple software fix or dirt blockage rather than a hardware fault, we'll let you know before charging anything further.
How is my phone picked up and delivered?
By our own rider on motorbike, never a courier van or lorry. Pickup and delivery are both included in the quoted price.
Is the repair under warranty?
Yes, every camera or speaker replacement comes with a warranty, whether done on-site or via pickup & delivery. Ask us for the exact warranty period for your model when you book on WhatsApp.
