- Service Scope:
DoorstepFix.my provides phone repair services with pickup and delivery via third-party courier services. - Customer Responsibility:
Customers must ensure their device is free from illegal content and backed up before repair. DoorstepFix.my is not responsible for data loss. And, there is no lost data for replacing or installing a new LCD screen, Battery, Charging port, or Camera. - Repair Approval & Payment:
All repairs are carried out only after customer approval.
After the repair, photo or video proof will be shared.
Payment is required before delivery. - Delivery & Courier:
Pickup and delivery are handled by third-party couriers (e.g. Lalamove).
DoorstepFix.my is not responsible for delays or damage caused by courier services but will assist where possible. - Warranty & Refunds:
Limited warranty applies to replaced parts only.
No refunds once repair is confirmed and payment is made. - Liability Limitation:
DoorstepFix.my is not responsible for pre-existing device issues, water damage, or faults unrelated to the repaired part.
