📜 35-Day LCD Touch Warranty (Strict Terms)

Warranty Coverage:
This warranty is valid for 35 days only from the date of repair and delivery.
The warranty covers the LCD screen touch function only.

Warranty Does NOT Cover if:
Screen lines, flickering, discoloration, or display issues.
Water damage, liquid exposure, or moisture.
Broken, cracked, or damaged screens after delivery.
Bent or damaged phone body/frame affecting the LCD.
Any form of misuse, careless handling, or dropping of the device.
Unauthorised repairs performed by third parties.
Damage caused by household pests, fire, lightning, pollution, power surges, or the use of abnormal voltages/generators.
Acts of God, such as natural disasters, floods, earthquakes, etc.
Warranty Claim Process:
Customers must present the original DoorStepFix/receipt within 30 days to claim the warranty. (1160992549) WhatsApp us.
Our technician will inspect the device. If the issue is caused by reasons listed in the “Does NOT Cover” section, the warranty is void.

Warranty does not cover rider delivery fees.
Goods sold, repaired, and delivered are non-returnable & non-refundable, except if DoorStepFix cannot complete the repair (a full refund will be issued minus the rider fare).

🔋 Battery Warranty (45 Days)
All batteries purchased and installed by DoorStepFix are covered under a 45-day limited warranty from the date of repair.
✅ What’s Covered:
Battery not charging properly.
Phone shuts down suddenly even after full charge.
Battery drains unusually fast (within warranty period).
❌ What’s Not Covered:
Physical damage (dents, cracks, punctures)
Swelling caused by heat, water damage, or misuse
Damage from unauthorized repairs or tampering
Issues caused by software/apps or other phone hardware problems

Warranty is valid only if the battery was installed by DoorStepFix.
Warranty does not cover rider delivery fees.

⚡ Charging Port Warranty (30 Days)
All charging port repairs by DoorStepFix are covered under a 30-day limited warranty from the repair date.
✅ Covers: Charging port not working after repair.
❌ Not Covered: Water damage, physical damage, misuse, or issues caused by faulty cables/adapters.
⚠️ Goods sold, repaired, and delivered are non-returnable & non-refundable, except if DoorStepFix cannot complete the repair (full refund issued minus rider fare).
