Free Pickup Fee
β’ DoorstepFix covers the pickup cost from the customer to our rider partner, Lalamove.
- Enjoy the free pick up by our official partner courier services Lalamove. Pick up fare are waive by DoorstepFix & covers all Klang Valley & KL areas.
Delivery Fee
β’ After repair completion and customer confirmation, the delivery fee back to the customer is paid by the customer.
β’ Delivery fee amount will be shared before dispatch & customer can see the exact fare during the rider tracking page.
Courier Service
β’ All pickups and deliveries are handled via official Lalamove or similar third-party courier.
β’ DoorstepFix.my is not responsible for courier delays but will assist where possible.
By proceeding with the repair, the customer agrees to this delivery arrangement.
