To provide convenient doorstep repair service, DoorstepFix.my uses third-party courier partner services (Lalamove).

Pickup Fee
• DoorstepFix covers the pickup cost from the customer to our rider partner, Lalamove.

Pickup is free 👍
After the repair is done, we’ll share photo/video for confirmation.
Delivery back to you will be via Lalamove, and the delivery fee is paid by the customer before dispatch.

Delivery Fee
• After repair completion and customer confirmation, the delivery fee back to the customer is paid by the customer.
• Delivery fee amount will be shared before dispatch & customer can see the exact fare during the rider tracking page.

Courier Service
• All pickups and deliveries are handled via official Lalamove or similar third-party courier.
• DoorstepFix.my is not responsible for courier delays but will assist where possible.

By proceeding with the repair, the customer agrees to this delivery arrangement.
